DEADBODIESEVERYWHERE LP (Satan's Pimp)

By: Jeb Branin

If the cover art of a bare breasted woman feeding babies into a cauldron of stew doesn't give you a clue that this is an album on ugly, ferocious grind then maybe song titles like "Waste of Skin", "Chop Shop", and "Full Body Cast" will. Yep, DEADBODIESEVERYWHERE have packed their extreme hardcore fury onto twelve inches of vinyl and have unleashed it onto an unprepared populace. Classic low tuned grind mixed with maniacal power violence styled hardcore and counterpoised with throbbing sludge give this album as many personalities as Sybil. But this isn't a mindless barrage of noise aiming for nothing more than shock value. This is intelligent music, with intelligent ideas and a fury born of frustration and dissatisfaction with the world in general. Sure it gets misanthropic at times but it makes its point and does so with a musical mayhem any fan of the extreme is bound to love.
