While Madonna was covered in several different styles on the recently released tribute disc Virgin Voices, one that wasn't tackled was country. Now, with this new two-cut single from Elena Skye & The Demolition String Band, that's been covered. Led by Skye's strong vocals, "Like A Prayer" transforms into a captivating honky-tonker that's sure to get the masses on their feet. The other cut here "Dress of Roses" shows a more subdued side to the band as they tear through this early country styled heartbreaker with perfection.
