 A sonic garden of guitars, pop, and light, jazz-esque beats, Alfie's If You Happy With You Need Do Nothing is an indie rock album not afraid to get quiet and create soft noise within a pop structure. Or go all out and win you over with a jarring wall of noise courtesy of the guitars, if the occasion calls for it. The band delivers what I will now refer to as UK Indie Pop. Very pretty, complex pop and rock noise songs, with runaway Brit-Pop moments. I'll give this an A.
