Bosco Action (Atlantic Records) By: Alex Steininger
From the unconventional stomp of "Nonstop Nonsense", complete with vocals by Fred Schneider of the B-52's, to the country-drenched, blues-y electronica of ""Hey! Hey! Hey!", to the dance-able opener, "Satellite," Bosco delivers a high-octane, soulful electronica record. Action is masterful; melodic and musical, destroying the theory by some that electronica is a soulless, computer generated musical form. Here is an album that is both traditional and futuristic, delving deep into musical history to bridge the gap to the future. I'll give this an A. 15
