The Faint Danse Macabre (Saddle Creek) By: Martin Royle
Prick meets early Cure and they talk about marx and America, The Faint 'Danse Macabre' is ideal for teenage sex or serious discussion. This album is an industrial monster, every track growls with the focused anger of a young American sickened by a decadent society. The lyrics are powerful if you want to take the time, but the music is so very well done you'll enjoy it anyway. I heard The Faint used to sound very different, I can't imagine why they'd want to do a thing like that.
