 If a band is going to wear its influences on its sleeve the way TOTTEN KORPS does, they better have a strong album to justify it. Fortunately they do. In spite of their obvious NILE worship, these heavy-handed death metallers show they know how to lay the hammer down. Deep sewer-growl vox overlay a thick and pounding breed of death that is raw you can almost smell the flesh rotting. Fans of pure, sickening death will want to line up for this one.
