Victims Family Apocalicious (Alternative Tentacles) By: Jeb Branin

They're back and I, for one, am thrilled. No, they're not "back and better than ever" but they are definitely still a force to be reckoned with. VICTIMS FAMILY are the cure for the punk who is bored because they are convinced they have heard it all. Taking the throbbing, bass-driven sound that they (along with bands like NOMEANSNO) perfected, this album is a kick in your complacent ass. VICTIMS FAMILY aren't really "thinking man's punk" but they are definitely not for dumb punk-on-the-weekends-only types who think MTV invented the genre.
