 Hard rock a la every other band on the radio, spiced up with a melodic backdrop and loud, fierce, hooks, Point Defiance's formula for success is the sound that radio can't seem to get enough of. Vocalist Lamar Stilwell can sing and he can scream, leading Point Defiance through an avalanche of modern rock meets hard rock. Nothing new or spectacular here, but the songs are catchy and sincere enough to elevate themselves over the massive amounts of other bands that sound just like them. I'll give it a C+.
