 Had I seen this when I was a kid, it would have thrown me into an orgasmic fit of glee (much like the time I saw my best friend's older sister getting out of the shower...no kidding! High-fives, anyone?) The coolest thing to ever come from Rankin and Bass (the guys who gave us Frost the Snowman and Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer), MMP is a feature-length film about monsters scheming to usurp their leader, Baron Von Frankenstein (voiced by Boris Karloff). If you can fathom the infinite coolness of stop-motion animation applied to Halloween icons, this is for you.
