 Bright, melodic power-pop that you actually want to shake your hips too, The Green and Yellow TV's Record X creates slow and fast songs that are equally addictive. Their power-pop grooves will sell you on the band, but it is their ability to write mid-tempo pop songs that still stand up against the rocket pack pop of the others that will seal the deal. It's a quite impressive feat for a band that soaks up the power-pop, virtually living and breathing it. Where others start to lose their balance and fall when they attempt something other than their rocking side, The Green and Yellow TV thrive. I'll give this a B.
