 Does Sunshine Blind parade these clean vocal harmonies and amazing guitar threads to bring us another glorious gothic rock buffet? "Hanging Lake" (my favourite) sounds more intense and crisp than a longer version found on the Towards the Sky compilation. Next favourite: "H4Y", a very contagious and bitter pill that goes down sooo deliciously! I CARRY YOU presents a more refined version of Sunshine Blind than when DOOM & GLOOM: VISIONS OF THE APOCALYPSE delivered my first audition of "Crescent and the Star". Overall, this *excellent* production quality takes Sunshine Blind to a new audio level as a more successful and polished (almost pop) and much less underground gothic rock artist. Perhaps the Goth scene is dying ...again? As Death is so clich?, we may never know. (B)
