Cataklyzm is a Long Island based quartet that utilizes metal's ambient sounds to create its spooky sounding five-track disc. Hypnotic rhythms and a huge bass sound help supplement the band's tribal tendencies, while odd time signature changes liken the band to groups like Tool, Memento, and Korn.
