This masterpiece of a CD from Poland's ESQRIAL has been out in Europe for a couple of years but only in 2004 has it earned a stateside release. I'd say the entire USofA owes Crash Music a huge debt for rectifying this situation.
Inheritance is one of those CDs that manages to take the best of harsh thrash metal and the finest of melodic death metal and merge them into a death thrash sound guaranteed to peel paint faster than a sand blaster. The jack-hammer riffs literally pummel the listener and would likely be unsafe for anyone who has a heart condition. It is precision chaos (as oxymoronic as that sounds).
