 Woa! EX-GIRL is quirky, bizarre, off-kilter, idiosyncratic and quite probably brilliant. Either that or EX-GIRL sucks. This might be revolutionary or it might be the musical equivalent of the emperor's new clothes (although I admit I would have to come down on the side of the former). Again, woa, it's almost impossible to describe this but imagine if you can that DEVO was reincarnated as an all-female Japanese alternative pop band. I know, it blows the mind, but so does this CD, so it all balances out in the end.
