 RagzMo'Rocka's Rising of the Phoenix is a street-smart, soulful hip-hop record with solid beats, worthwhile lyrics, and diversity (incorporating rock, classical, jazz, and even electronica into its eclectic mix). If you're looking for something that is straight-ahead, look away, 'cause RagzMo'Rocka seemingly likes to shake it up and keep you guessing at every turn, making Rising of the Phoenix a hit-or-miss affair, though more on the hit side. I'll give it a B-.
