 Lagwagon's first record of all new material in five years, Blaze, finds the band back in the saddle. They haven't missed a beat, delivering blazing pop-punk with big choruses. The epitome of sing-along fun, Lagwagon writes songs about your typical stuff - live, love, relationships, depression, drinking, and whatnot. But they do it with a flavor untouched by others, backed by a sound that is fun. One of the finest pop-punk bands, though their sound isn't that original, and many other bands sound like them, they separate themselves from the pack by leading it. I'll give it a B.
