 Sister to Epic Records recording artists' The Damnwells' front man Alex Dezen, Cameron Dezen, a Texas-based singer-songwriter (unlike her brother, who is located in New York), delivers a glorious, well-produced pop-rock record with Love + Rescue, her sophomore offering. From the blossoming pop of "Waiting (The Promise)" through the adult alternative of "Miami", to the beautiful piano-pop number "Didn't I", Dezen creates a soaring, melodic burst of good tunes on Love + Rescue, an aptly titled album that will cheer you up - and making you fall in love. I'll give it a B+.
