 On his debut full-length, Portland-based DJ and songwriter LSDJ delivers an intricate bed of samples and musicianship on this intoxicating, acid-filled adventure of electronic grooves, meditative melodies, and soaring jazz ambiance. Blending these worlds into a trip of the psyche, LSDJ is able to paint with an aural canvas, creating textured, atmospheric electronic music with a hearty dose of trip-hop leanings. This is electronic music that jaded hipsters will even endorse. It's soulful, plentiful, and you can dance to it, too, while its aura of coolness is exuded in every note. I'll give it an A-.
