Migala Arde (Sub Pop) By: Alex Steininger
Slow, dream-weaving slumber-pop, the provocative faintness and hidden, dark spooky-ness of Migala's Arde makes it an instant winner. The type of album you can put on late at night when you're all alone to creep yourself, on the stereo when you want to fall asleep to have some good dreams, or just play to play with your mind. A different kind of record, able to bend and twist your mind, this is how music reaches deep down into your subconscious and takes over. I'll give it a B.
