Pat Green Three Days (Republic/Universal) By: Ashley Driggs
![](/images/sep.gif)
Progressive country could potentially be where it's at, if Pat Green has anything to do with it. He's got a surprisingly refreshing twist on the tired town that is country music. His lyrics provide a look at the upside of the broken down genre that is country. He's even got a little Van Morrison sound going on in the opening track, "Carry On." There's no pre-requisite for you to be a country lover in order to truly appreciate the sounds Green is serving up on Three Days.
