The Witnesses Tunnel Vision (Howler Records) By: Alex Steininger
![](/images/sep.gif)
The Witnesses know how to play loud, aggressive, sweaty rock 'n' roll. But, with a helping hand of melody, they keep those hips a' shakin', too. Knock back a few, get up off your ass, and get on the dance floor, because on Tunnel Vision, the band's latest, they may be a one-trick pony and focus on straight ahead rock 'n' roll, but they do it so well, no one is the wiser. This is an eleven-track collection of burning guitars, slamming rhythms, and vocals that make you want to melt. It's bad boy rock 'n' roll with a sweat spot. Or, rather, it's the band you blast at the party when things are going great -- and you want them only to get better. I'll give it a B+.
