 No this is not a comp OF crust, rather it is a comp FROM Crust.... Crustacean Records that is. 21 tracks from 12 bands that play everything from garage rock to psycho-billy, to punk. Crustacean has a knack for signing bands that rock the universe but are in no way cliche or mundane. Anything and everything they touch is unique and noteworthy and this comp is the final proof of that. My favorites include the early live recordings from MAD TRUCKER GONE MAD (when they were more noisy), MUCKY PUP, CARL, YOU KNOW PEGGY and the whacked out Alice Cooper spoof from BLASTED BOYS.
