 Glowing Brit-pop from a European band who knows how Brit-pop is supposed to sound, Mondo's This Is This is a searing collection of steamy, warm pop music. From the alluring, drawn out vocals to the band's ability to play soft, intricate songs or ballsy rockers, Mondo has most Brit-pop bands from the states beat. With enticing hooks, a sense of style, and a captivating nature to all of their songs, Mondo's subtle, but ever-present hooks will fill you up plenty. This is an album Brit-pop fans will listen to over and over again. I'll give it an A-.
