DVD REVIEW: Linkin Park
Frat Party at the Pankake Festival (Warner Bros.)

By: [email protected]

"Let's keep this PG-13." says one of the boys of Linkin Park on their DVD Linkin Park: Frat Party at the Pankake Festival. That explains a lot of the content on the DVD. The DVD shows live performances but they are nothing to be in awe of and their story of how they became a band is not yet worthy to be on VH1's Behind The Music. The "boy band" of rock" as known by many shows how they enjoy their lifestyle without all the clich? rock star qualities such as groupies, drugs, and drama. The edgiest part is when lead singer, Chester Bennington, talks about how a spider bit him in the ass and uses the word ass. You would think a band on Ozzfest would be edgier and so would their DVD. Attention boys and girls, big Linkin Park fans, and parents who want to see rock stars act decent. Gather around the TV as you might laugh at some humor as we watch the Linkin Park DVD. The part that might attract the spectator is the hidden features that are revealed on the Linkin Park website. Good marketing. Keep eating the hamburger hoping it will get better as you eat it. Hey, Linkin Park: Frat Party at the Pancake Festival is better than Spice World.
