 Brit-pop-infused, psychedelic, shoegazer indie-pop, The Upsidedown's Trust Electricity follows its own advice as it delves deep into the psyche with an electrifying slab of tantalizing, swirling guitars nestled on top of a steady, sturdy rhythm section. From the lull of "Drag Race" through the melodic "Wake Up Drive Thru" and the energetic "Bumpersticker", the band knows what they do and does it well. Here is a sonic journey of picturesque melodies, paralyzing grooves, and mind-numbing psychedelia at the core. I'll give it a B.
