 As his moniker states, by day Matt Sever is in fact an electrician, but when the day's over he's a superb singer-songwriter, as showcased on his debut CD, BASEBALL SONG -- featuring Matt on guitar and accompanied by Tom Pearson on bass and Dave Sanger on drums. BASEBALL SONG is a rock-solid set of nine clever, well-written acoustic tunes running the gamut from folkier laid-back cuts to more straight-ahead tracks that are a little Paul Simon and a little Violent Femmes (especially "Too Late To Change").
