Swingin' Utters (Fat Wreck)

 Swaggering, drinking class punk rock '77 style for those who like to pogo, kick a few back, and work up a sweat. Swingin' Utters didn't even the sound, but they sure give it a big huge kick in the ass. Their self-titled full-length is as energetic as they get, allowing the guitars to fly hi and the rhythm section to walk all over you. Not to mention the vocals, which come bulldozing through the music with half Irish-half English street punk sounding vocals, giving the music the push they need. I'll give it an A.
