Spiritualized
Let It Come Down (Arista Records)

By: Alex Steininger

Near-symphonic in composition, the lush, highly melodic instrumentation of Spiritualized's latest, Let It Come Down is glowing with warm production, tightly composed songs, and plenty of beautiful, harmonious moments to fill up several hundred records.

Let It Come Down is majestic; it is a truly innovative pop record, put together in such a fanciful nature, it is hard to believe it is not a symphony collaborating with a pop genius. Though, even with so much going on, never does Spiritualized leave you questioning their approach, nor do they ever make you doubt the need for everything.

The record is highly accessible from the get go, a sunny pop record so brilliantly packaged from song to song, you can't help falling in love with it after only a few tracks. A highly recommended record; one of the best of the year. I'll give it an A+.15
