 Poorly recorded street/oi! punk rock, raw and without outside interference, The Templars' Reconquista 1994-1998 is a collection of songs originally released on compilations, vinyl, or EPs, put together on one CD for your enjoyment. The result is forty-one minutes and fifteen tracks of loose, rough street punk that sounds horrible, unless you're a fan. The mastering process seemed to not boost the tracks any, as a result the tracks sound like the band is rocking out in a tin can, or that they recorded the songs straight to a cheap tape deck and didn't bother doing any mixing beyond the rough mixes. But, for those that like their punk rock really raw and 'natural', this may be your ticket. I'll give it a C-.
