Toxic Narcotic We're All Doomed (Go-Kart Records) By: Alex Steininger
![](/images/sep.gif)
Your typical local punk rock band that plays ultra-sloppy, loud, fast, and with a lot of vengeance, thinking the less polished they sound the better. But it doesn't always work that way, as the Toxic Narcotic learns on We're All Doomed, a poor excuse for punk rock. It's got all the elements - upset lyrics, a band that can play fast, and it's loud and furious. Even with all the elements, they can't pull it together though. I'll give it a D.
