Scapegoat Wax Swax (Hollywood Records) By: Alex Steininger
![](/images/sep.gif)
From hip-hop to lush pop, Scapegoat Wax does it, and does it well. An odd pairing at times, they pull it off, trading between flowing rhymes and melodic vocal lines, a combination that most often hits song-to-song, though, in a few numbers, comes along in the same song, making your jaw drop at how easily they pull off the tradition. If hip-hop and pop were ever enemies, they've made up, and make love on Swax, a refreshing new outlook on both genres. If you're not dancing and singing along by the end of this eclectic collection, there is something wrong with you. I'll give it a B+.
