Tomorrow Will Be Worse Vol. 3 (Sound Pollution)

By: Jeb Branin

This is one of those CDs that is stuck in my CD player like it was welded there. Every time I think I'll put something else on, it occurs to me, "Why?" What could possibly be better to listen to than three new tracks from FLAG OF DEMOCRACY that show they are as good as ever? Or six chaotic bursts of near perfect mayhem from IDOL PUNCH that sound like UNITED MUTATION would if they were still around? Or three songs from VIVISICK who are Japan's new kings of thrash? Or five explosions from BRODY'S MILITIA that sound like mid-80s NYHC meets OUT COLD meets LACK OF INTEREST at twice the speed? Or three cuts from STRUCK that erupt at full thrashing velocity but have some deeply imbedded hooks that probably launch sing-a-longs every time they play out? Or two new songs by THE FARTZ, who are legitimate contenders for the title of "The Greatest Band I've Ever Heard?" thanks to their raw, unbridled hardcore that is as twisted now as it was 20 years ago? Nothing could be better than a CD like that. Nothing. So there is no reason to put something new in. No reason at all.
