All Hopped Up on Goofballs (Engine)

 Following numerous compilation appearances and a single, New York's The Kowalskis finally have a full-lengther under their belt. All Hopped Up On Goofballs is 35+ minutes of irresistible, high energy bubblegum punk bringing to mind the likes of Blondie (especially in Lindsey Anderson's vocals) and The Ramones, among others. Ironically, while the music is upbeat, the lyrics are often a sharp contrast dealing with subjects like abuse, death and society's obsession with beauty. All Hopped Up On Goofballs is a sharp collection of tunes that go beyond hooks and fluff.
