 Fast, furious, aggressive girl-metal, Evil Beaver's sexual Lick It! may be a bad band name and album title that is anti-productive to females, but the music is bold and powerful, a productive thing for not only women in music but women in general.I didn't think I'd like this album. I find the name and the album title just plain sick. And the band's web page, ridethebeaver.com is pretty sick, too. But, hey, whatever works for them. If they feel they need to arouse the testosterone boys to sell records, go for it. With all that aside, this is a good, solid punk-metal-rock disc from this female duo that isn't afraid to make enemies in order to get their music out there. Ah, empowerment. I'll give it a B.
