Automatic 7
Beggar's Life (Vagrant)

By: Alex Steininger

Automatic 7's Beggar's Life is the pop-punk album you think you should hate, because it's so generic, yet so infectious. Of course, you should hate it, because originality is the last thing on the mind of the music. However, it's so energetic - so bouncy - you can't help but sing along. Pretty soon you'll be pissed the songs are stuck in your head. Then you'll cave in and admit you like a few songs. Pretty soon it will be one of your favorite albums. Yes, it's one of those catchy, melodic, generic-as-fuck pop-punk albums you can't get away from. Oh well, enjoy it while you can. I'll give it a C+.
