 Weird, trippy, distant metal with an artsy touch, Neurosis never fail to amaze. Though, sometimes they go too artsy. They try to trip you out, rather than digging in with their teeth and ripping flesh, which makes you quickly get disinterested as you can't tell if they don't know what they're doing or if they're just expanding to fuck with fans and have some fun. The end result is a four-song EP that lasts over 1/2 hour, way too long for a four song metal album. I'll give it a C-.
