Ashtray Babyhead Radio (Glue Factory) By: Alex Steininger
Radio is a sweet, crunchy power-pop record energetic enough to capture the pop-punk kids' attentions while giving fans of standard pop a good kick in the ass. Here is musical happiness in tight, punchy three-minute songs. The guitars roar, the drums and bass come out wailing, and the vocal hooks are plentiful.Modern rock fans will drool over the dynamic production and clean-ness of the album. Though, casual, die hard, and trendy music fans alike, if given the chance to listen to this album, will find something they enjoy. Universally good pop music with power and hooks-- what more could you ask for? I'll give it an A.
