Osker Idle Will Kill (Epitaph) By: Alex Steininger
A slight British accent over jagged pogo pop-punk, Osker may span the punk gamut, but they pick and choose their favorite elements from each incarnation of punk, delivering a record I'm proud to listen to. It is laden with hooks, but not at the cost of aggression and noise. It bursts and explodes with plenty of excitement. And, lyrically it is not numbing, but rather stimulating at times. It goes beyond the normal, choosing to do one thing, and do it well. I'll give it a B+. 15
