 The Chicken Hawks' Hard Hitting Songs For Hard Hit People is a wild, chaotic bar rock record. Though, unlike some bar bands, The Chicken Hawks play it fun and uncontrollable, rather than over-wrought and serious. The Chicken Hawks hit the alcohol and then the power chords, letting the rock rip right out of their amps as they bulldoze you over in pursuit of the bar. Loose, lively, and shit-kicking great, they don't give a fuck, so why should you? Rock out with The Chicken Hawks. I'll give it a B.
