 Quirky, experimental nu-metal matched up against modern radio rock, The Apex Theory's Topsy-Turvy is a sticky collection of bloodthirsty hard rock that twists and turns inside of you, cutting you up every chance it gets, only to later 'soothe' your wounds with gasoline. This is fresh hard rock that, unlike so many other hard rock bands, actually takes chances and experiments, shaking things up a bit enough to keep things from running stale. I'll give it a B+.
