 This is rock 'n' roll that is fun and carefree, bright melodies, happy tunes (even when they try to be sad), bouncing and bopping around with a sound that is equal parts 80's power-pop and 90's post-punk rock. The songs put a smile on your face and the beats get you moving. Not the tightest or the most original, The Disappointments know what they do and do it well, well enough to keep you listening and enjoying every moment. I'll give it a B.
