 Slightly seductive indie rock with an electronic/experimental side to it, Clevergirl (AKA Karen Sandvoss) delivers a sweet, rocking collection of melodic tunes on Masters of the Here and Now. Whether Clevergirl is writing slow, methodical numbers or quirky songs you can dance too, she always manages to keep you entertained, and focused on her voice. As mesmerizing as it is, with well-crafted background sounds to take you away, you'll quickly feel the songs as they nest in your soul. I'll give this an A-.
