Headshots (Mootron Records)

 Slightly hard, melodic modern rock with a quirky twist, twig's Headshots is generic and lacking, even missing the crucial hooks that will place you on the radio, something they seem to strive for. Having said that, the record is fun and doesn't seem to take itself too seriously, leaving room for a smile and a chuckle here and there while you catch yourself rocking out. I'll give it a C+.
