Angels Save Us 7" / Mark A Muck 7" (Self-Released)

By: Jeb Branin

Two different 7" platters from one of Japan's noisiest and sickest bands. Their A.C. meets mincecore sound grinds with unbridled viciousness and ferocity. It's the earliest NAPALM sound taken in a different, and more extreme, direction than even NAPALM themselves did. Sure you've heard other bands do it, some better, most worse, but you still like it, don't you? Sometimes being generic isn't a crime, but rather a statement of purpose. After all, how can you complain about this band? It's not like their moniker misled you... You get just what you would you would expect. The fact that Japan is associated with communal baths, only makes it that much better (worse?).
