 Recording ten songs in seven days, Detroit's psych-fuzz pop outfit The Witches, led by the prolific Troy Gregory, who recorded a solo debut not six months before hitting the studio to record On Parade, thrive on the loose, fly by the seat of your pants style prevalent here. The songs are pure acid-fueled, mind melting compositions that come through with enough fuzz-pop to keep the songs hook-y and fun, while the psychedelic influences play with even the hooks, ensuring an interesting, if not good time for all. I'll give it a B-.
