 Give Mental credit for keeping it real throughout the outfit's 16-track collection, as this Massachusetts-based old school hardcore band doesn't primp or pose. Instead, this quartet throws it all out there for you to absorb, with a kind of intense pride that bands like Agnostic Front always carried yet much of today's hardcore lacks. Just check tracks like the tell it like it is dialogue of "Chiller Than Most" and when coupled with the DRI meets Gorilla Biscuits breakneck musical style ringing through your head, you'll be throwing windmills and piling on for group sing-alongs in no time.
