 MARTYR AD infuse the reckless ferocity of hardcore into a delivery that is uncontaminated thrashin' grind. Shredded vocal chords meet shredding riffs in a dual for your soul. You've heard it all before, but that doesn't mean that you are going to escape without a few new cracks in your skull. What endears this album to me more than just about anything else is how "pure" it is. MARTYR AD isn't trying to earn bonus points with atmospherics or progressive experimentation - they just rip 'n' tear. Simple. Effective. Whether a fan of grind, death metal or metalcore, you're gonna love it.
