Ripple Rock (Alternative Tentacles)

 My theory is that Jello signed THE EVAPORATORS, a too-silly-to-even-be-funny Canadian quasi pop-punk band, after a Dick Cheney-esque secret and covert "under-the-table" deal. That deal being if THE EVAPORATORS got a CD on Alternative Tentacles their vocalist/organist Nardwuar would promise to never interview Jello again. This CD is also available on 8-track tape. That is not a joke. I bet a dollar (or a Canadian Loony) that I am one of only about three people reading this zine who owns an 8-track player. Coincidently enough, there are only about three people who like this CD, although I am decidedly not one of those three.
