Crooked Smile
A Million Things To Say... (Bulletproof Music)

By: Alex Steininger

Crooked Smile is a slow, pop rock act. They're the kind of band that has one good album all over MTV, and then people get bored of them and stop buying their records. They are very boring, and to make matters worse, they're songs are too long. A four minute song is short for them. Each song carries on and on, getting dole and repetitive quick. I also found the vocals to be very whiny, even if they weren't whinnying. But they did go with the music, which I found to be horrible too. After a minute of each song I was threw with it, and as I kept listening my mind distracted me from the music and it became background noise. I just couldn't get into them at all.

A MILLION THINGS TO SAY... is a very boring album. Too soft and dragged out, these guys will put you to sleep without you even knowing it. You'll start to nod off, without wanting to, and pretty soon you'll be finished. That's about the only excitement this album brings. I'll give this CD a D+. It's flat out a waste of time.
