 Although they're more a revolving caravan of members than a group, the eight people who comprised Apocalypse Theatre at the time this disc was recorded have come up with an interesting collection of largely goth-based tunes mixed with bits of industrial, rock and pop-like melodies. From the catchy sounds of the title track and the industrial-edged dance beat of "Monsters" to the twisted cover of Cyndi Lauper's "Time After Time"and haunting beauty of "Pour Paris" and "Anthem" Cain or an Open Vein is a captivating listen.
